Develop expertise in design skills utilizing best practise and seeking continuous improvement.
Take proactive approach to driving own development plan utilizing team members and internal development opportunities.
Work closely with Layout Engineers to develop key Layout skills.
Work closely with Applications Engineers to evaluate own design blocks in the lab to develop key evaluation skills.
Produce high quality documentation for own IP blocks.
Develop and refine organisation skills to ensure project schedule is met.
Contribute to verification tasks where appropriate.
Any ad hoc tasks as deemed reasonable by your manager.
Qualifications :
Typically 0 2 years experience
Apply policy/procedures to resolve routine issues
Desire for continued learning and development
Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity
Resultsoriented and able to deliver ontime under tight schedules
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Flexible to undertake occasional international travel at short notice
Excellent command of verbal and written English
Ability to propose innovative solutions
Concise and precise communication and presentation skills within multisite and multicultural environment

High quality design on time and according to design specification ensuring appropriate methodology and design flow is followed.
Demonstrate significant development of technical communication and organisational skills for all tasks from initial design through to post layout verification.
Timely and accurate documentation.
Timely progress reporting and highlighting of risks/issues.
Demonstrate continuous improvement of technical nontechnical skills measured through manager review.
Demonstrate ability to build effective relationships with relevant stakeholders.
