Job Description

  • Design verification and simulation of CMOS Analog blocks in collaboration with team members.

  • Develop expertise in design skills utilizing best practise and seeking continuous improvement.

  • Take proactive approach to driving own development plan utilizing team members and internal development opportunities.

  • Work closely with Layout Engineers to develop key Layout skills.

  • Work closely with Applications Engineers to evaluate own design blocks in the lab to develop key evaluation skills.

  • Produce high quality documentation for own IP blocks.

  • Develop and refine organisation skills to ensure project schedule is met.

  • Contribute to verification tasks where appropriate.

  • Any ad hoc tasks as deemed reasonable by your manager.


Qualifications :

  • Typically 0 2 years experience

  • Apply policy/procedures to resolve routine issues

  • Desire for continued learning and development

  • Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity

  • Resultsoriented and able to deliver ontime under tight schedules

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Flexible to undertake occasional international travel at short notice

  • Excellent command of verbal and written English

  • Ability to propose innovative solutions

  • Concise and precise communication and presentation skills within multisite and multicultural environment

  • High quality design on time and according to design specification ensuring appropriate methodology and design flow is followed.

  • Demonstrate significant development of technical communication and organisational skills for all tasks from initial design through to post layout verification.

  • Timely and accurate documentation.

  • Timely progress reporting and highlighting of risks/issues.

  • Demonstrate continuous improvement of technical nontechnical skills measured through manager review.

  • Demonstrate ability to build effective relationships with relevant stakeholders.

  • Display enthusiasm drive confidence and team work in the role.

  • Demonstrate elements of TAGIE in all aspects of work.
