**$500 sign on bonus $250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successfully completion of first 90 days)**


Position: Clubhouse Specialist 1 and BackUp MART Driver

Location: Holyoke MA

Rate of Pay: $23.84 per hour plus $60 biweekly stipend for being backup driver

Hours: 40 Hours per week MondayFriday 8:00am4:00pm with occasional Saturdays 10:00am2:00pm required

Summary: 

  • Work with adults with mental illness in accomplishing work of the unit assisting in building their skills including vocational and social while assuming responsibility for completion of documentation according to agency policy procedures and standards. Individuals with experience working with individuals in recovery are strongly encouraged to apply. This role also serves as the backup MART van driver when required. 

Qualifications:

  • High School/GED plus 1year related experience and/or training
  • Must have a valid drivers license good driving record and a reliable vehicle (Personal vehicle not required for use during MART hours.

MART Requirements:

  • Must currently hold a valid MA drivers license and at least 3 years of driving experience. 
  • Must maintain a clean driving record; no accidents or speeding violations in the last 7 years.
  • Ability to pass a preemployment drug screening required.
  • Ability to provide medical documentation indicating no drivng restrictions from your primary care provider required.
  • Ability to pass a full background including CORI and fingerprinting required. 

Requirements:

  • Experience with the mental health population preferred 
  • Must be organized
  • Strong time management skills required
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings employers and community organizations.
