Position Details:
This direct hire role is full time and performs office services work. Hours will range within MF 8:00AM 6:00PM. No nights. Business professional dress code and standards are required. Must have valid drivers license to operate van for campus mail anbd package delivery.
Hourly Compensation: $17.0019.00 USD per hour

Responsibilities
The Copy/Mail Team Member will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude in addition to:
- Operating mailing copy and fax equipment
- Shipping & Receiving
- Ordering supplies
- Pickup and deliver mail parcels copy jobs and faxes to customers
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume production environment
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
- Adhereto all safety procedures
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
The Copy/Mail Team Member will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment in addition to:
- Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
- Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
