Qualifications youll bring:
Bachelors degree in business administration finance or a related field.
- Valid drivers license a must
Proven experience in broker administration or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with brokers and internal stakeholders.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of the insurance industry and broker management systems is a plus.

Your key responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with brokers ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any issues.
- Onboarding new brokers including gathering necessary documentation and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Daily activities will also include commission questions from brokers internal sales representative and responding to emails via email through shared email boxand T#daily and monthly reporting.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of broker administration processes with other business functions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to broker engagement and share knowledge with the team.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
