What youll bring to the team
Accommodation Host
Details:
Location:Thorpe Park KT16 8PN
What will I do
- Checking Guests in and out of the hotel
- Providing guests with information they need throughout their stay
- Liaising withHouse keepingregardingroom allocationsstatusandspecialrequirements
- Effectively dealing withguestsfeedback or minor issues
- Ensuring KPI surveys are filled out by all guests checking out of the Cabins
- Correctly storing luggage and taking it to the Cabins for arrival guests
- Showing integrity and responsibility when handling guest property and follow procedure regarding guest safety deposit boxes.
