With the continued growth in the industry Scotlynn is currently hiring a Maintenance and Carpentry Supervisor at our corporate office in Norfolk County. This role will oversee the functions of the general labour team ensuring projects meet quality standards and industry regulations.

THE ROLE
The Maintenance and Carpentry Supervisor role is for an experienced & ambitious leader in the trades. With multitrade knowledge and the utmost attention to detail you will be responsible for directing the efficient operations and handson maintenance of Scotlynn facilities and special projects.
How Youll Do It
- Planning overseeing and executing construction renovations and maintenance of projects
- Coordinating and executing maintenance of facilities and grounds
- Ensuring building systems are functioning properly and safely
- Ensuring the facilities comply with all relevant laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of inspections and compliance reports
- Training & supervising general laborers throughout constructions
ABOUT YOU
Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have:
- Experience in a variety of trades including general maintenance general labour electrical mechanical and plumbing
- Attention to detail
- Trustworthy reliable & adaptable
- Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively (written & verbal) in English; ability to communicate verbally in Spanish is an asset
- Must be able to work independently and in a team setting
