The Compliance Inspector plays a crucial role in this mission by helping communities stay true to their standards.
About the Role
As a Compliance Inspector you are responsible for regularly inspecting residential communities to ensure alignment with governing documents and standards. You ll identify potential violations communicate with Community Managers and maintain accurate actionable records to support community compliance efforts. This role is fieldbased and includes a minimum of 4 hours per day spent in a companyprovided vehicle conducting inspections.
What You ll Do

Conduct routine inspections of homes lots and community common areas.

Identify document and report violations in accordance with governing documents.

Issue violation letters and monitor resolution through reinspections.

Maintain accurate documentation including photo evidence and notes.

Communicate effectively with Community Managers about inspections and findings.

Follow preestablished drive routes for inspection schedules.

Submit weekly and monthly reports on inspection outcomes.

Use and maintain companyissued technology and equipment.

Ensure company vehicle is properly maintained and mileage is tracked.

Submit monthly expense reports related to inspection activities.
Requirements

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and interacting at all organizational levels.

Valid driver s license with a clean driving record.

High school diploma or higher preferred; experience in compliance quality control or propertyrelated fields is a plus.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

40hour work week (Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM).

Must be able to drive for extended periods with frequent stops.

Must be able to walk communities in varying weather conditions.

Minimal safety hazards; company vehicle provided for inspections.
