Job Description
Job Title: 3D Designer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Designer with a strong background in 3D modeling animation and motion graphics to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of visual storytelling technical and crossfunctional collaboration to produce visually compelling content across digital platforms.
Design and develop highquality 3D assets environments and animations for a variety of projects
Create motion graphics for digital campaigns product presentations videos and other multimedia initiatives
Collaborate closely with creative leads developers and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and effective storytelling
Prepare 3D scenes for rendering optimizing models and textures for performance across different media
Stay current with industry trends tools and technologies to bring innovative approaches to design and production
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Design Animation Visual Effects or related field or equivalent professional experience
5 years of experience in 3D design modeling and animation.
Proficiency in industrystandard tools such as Blender Cinema 4D Maya 3ds Max After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of lighting texturing rendering rigging and compositing
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Unreal Engine Unity or WebGL
Familiarity with AR/VR content production
Working knowledge of video editing and sound design
Previous experience working in a fastpaced creative or techdriven environment
3+ years of experience in 3D design, modeling, and animation Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, rendering, rigging, and compositing Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics
