About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic *Manager Products (Long Haul)* to lead and manage the development of longhaul travel products. The role will involve designing implementing and overseeing exceptional travel experiences for clients who seek international longhaul destinations. You will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to create unforgettable travel packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage longhaul travel products ensuring they meet customer needs and expectations.
- Research and identify new international destinations and experiences to include in the portfolio.
- Collaborate with suppliers tour operators and local partners to create tailored travel packages.
- Oversee pricing budgeting and cost management for longhaul products.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and drive sales.
- Ensure seamless of travel packages including customer service and operational support.
- Monitor market trends customer preferences and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Handle customer feedback and make necessary improvements to product offerings.
- Ensure that all longhaul products comply with legal and industry regulations.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including international suppliers and travel agents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Tourism Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years of experience in travel product management particularly in longhaul travel.
- Indepth knowledge of longhaul destinations international travel trends and cultural sensitivities.
- Proven track record of successfully managing longhaul travel products from design to implementation.
- Strong leadership organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Experience in pricing strategy and cost management.
