Job Description

Bring interactive data stories to life! Were looking for a motivated individual to lead a handson workshop on building interactive web applications for data visualization.

Develop a smallscale realworld case study illustrating how to create interactive data visualizations with tools such as and Streamlit. This example will be used to teach foundational principles of interactive data graphics and web development in a workshop setting.

Design and conduct a 1day workshop for doctoral researchers preceded by one day of case study development and one day for workshop preparation including role distribution and material setup.

Your profile

Background in Data Science Computer Science Visualization or a related field.
Proficient in Python and JavaScript with experience using Plotly and Streamlit.
Teaching or workshop facilitation experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Start: May 2025
Duration: 3 days in May 2 days preparation & 1 day workshop
Location: Remote and Zurich
Salary: 40 CHF/h
