The Team:
The S&P Global Enterprise Data Organization (EDO) Program and Project Management team is pivotal in driving the fulfillment of the EDO vision and strategy. The team drives and manages complex EDO strategic programs partnering with senior stakeholders across the EDO and across the enterprise. We are seeking a highly experienced leader to spearhead the development of the Program and Program management team and steer of EDOs strategic programs and manage the ensuring alignment with functional and enterprise goals.

The Role:

As the leader of the Project and Program Management team for the S&P Global Enterprise Data Organization (EDO) you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision across the EDO and in creating a highperformance highaccountability culture. You will develop and lead a dynamic team responsible for managing complex enterprisewide programs and projects that drive significant business outcomes. You will be a member of the EDO extended leadership team and a senior member of the EDO Business Operations leadership team and you will collaborate closely with senior executives and stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership for the project and program management function ensuring alignment with EDOs strategic objectives and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Program Oversight: Oversee the management of highimpact programs ensuring robust governance risk management and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage directly with senior stakeholders refine program strategies foster strategic alignment and ensure effective communication of progress and challenges.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with crossbusiness and crossdivisional teams to identify opportunities for strategic impact and operational efficiencies.
  • Mentorship and Development: Mentor and develop project managers and team members enhancing their skills and capabilities to drive successful program outcomes.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems across the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Innovate and implement best practices in project and program management leveraging advanced tools and methodologies to enhance performance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of 10 years in project/program management with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse teams in achieving strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management Expertise: Extensive experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization ensuring alignment and collaboration on key initiatives.
  • Strategic DecisionMaking: Ability to make informed strategic decisions with minimal oversight demonstrating foresight and initiative in navigating complex organizational dynamics.
  • Transformational Leadership: Proven track record of leading change initiatives effectively guiding teams through transitions and ensuring stakeholder buyin.
  • Mentorship and Development: Experience in mentoring and developing team members enhancing their skills and capabilities to drive successful program outcomes.
  • ProblemSolving and Conflict Resolution Skills: Strong aptitude for managing and resolving conflicts with strategic diplomacy finding winwin solutions and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes open communication and trust.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a variety of program project and product delivery structures and methodologies.
  • Fluency with information technology data lifecycle and compliance.
  • Significant experience in financial services.
  • Experience with building and integrating teams and organizations.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $00 USD Annual. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individuals geographic location as well as experience level skill set training licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for an annual incentive role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
