Job Description
- Download daily and weekly commission statements from all carriers
- Provide daytoday commission support for multiple business lines: Annuity Life Medicare
- Accumulate interpret and calculate commission payments received from carriers in accordance with company policies
- Process data from multiple sources and standardize formats to prepare accurate and timely commission upload files
- Collaborate with internal departments and respond to inquiries regarding commission payments or discrepancies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUPs XLOOKUPs pivot tables conditional formatting and data validation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with various personality types and levels of staff
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a heavy workload and shifting priorities
- 12 years experience working with data or commissions
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- Experience in advanced data manipulation using formulas and macros to streamline and standardize reporting processes
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technology and software
