Introduction

Pinetown Build It is currently recruiting for and Admin Manager to join their dynamic team.

Duties & Responsibilities

PURPOSE
Ensure that all administrative procedures and processes followed anrate on a realtime basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Efficient system administration and operation
  • Ensure that trade creditors are paid accurately and timeously paid
  • Administration of the banking process
  • All policies and procedures accurate and up to date
  • Manage all expenses
  • Staff Maintenance
  • Effective teamwork with store staff

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Senior Certificate
  • 5 years experience FMCG
  • Bookkeeping working knowledge qualification an advantage
  • Proficiency in IQ
  • Relevant Build it InHouse programmes
  • Team player
  • Honest
  • Reliable
  • Selfstarter
  • Ethical
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Work well within a team
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Good computer skills with IQ & Microsoft office
