Key Responsibilities:
- Offer outstanding customer support across various communication channels
Assist with car rental bookings changes and cancellations

Help with vehicle pickup dropoff and paymentrelated inquiries

Guide customers on rental terms locations and available options

Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
