Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Quantity Surveyor:
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimations and documentation for variation order submissions.
- Manage valuation and processing of progress claims and supplier payments.
- Draft and review variation orders interim payment applications and final account settlements.
- Perform site measurements and quantity takeoffs.
- Conduct price analysis and prepare cost comparisons.
- Attend project consultant and technical coordination meetings.
- Monitor and track project cost variations and maintain related records.
- Support regional projects including assignments in the Asia region.
- Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager or project lead.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering Building or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Willing to travel regionally when required.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 5500 AWS VB 2 3 Months)
- Working Location: Pasir Panjang
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
