As a Customer Support Representative you will:
- Assist customers across multiple channels addressing their inquiries regarding subscriptions billing technical troubleshooting and other topics.
- Deliver clear and effective solutions ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while supporting customers through their concerns.
Requirements:
No previous experience required! We welcome individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a customerfacing role.
Youre a great fit if you:
- Are native or C2level proficient in French.
- Can communicate clearly and efficiently in a customer support environment.
Location & Work Schedule:
- Onsite position in Porto Portugal.
- Monday to Saturday rotating shifts between 7 AM 7 PM.
