What Youll Do as a Sales Executive
Educate families and employees on the value of supplemental coverage
Conduct inperson client appointments and enrollments
- Offer lifechanging products that return unused premiums
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage prospects track performance and close sales
- Follow a marketing system that works all costs are covered by the company
- Participate in weekly Zoom trainings and development sessions
This is outside inperson sales with flexibility and support that allows you to be in business for yourself not by yourself.
Compensation & Perks
- Uncapped commission lifetime residuals (earn on your book year after year)
Firstyear income potential: $70K$140K
Weekly monthly and quarterly bonuses
Paid 3x per week (Mon/Wed/Fri)
