Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

USPTO Filings: Prepare and file applications responses renewals and other trademark documents.
Trademark Searches: Conduct searches using thirdparty platforms and perform common law searches.
Client Correspondence: Communicate routinely with clients on trademark matters.
International Filings: Manage filings with WIPO and coordinate with foreign counsel on international trademark issues.
Compliance and Due Diligence: Handle customs registrations due diligence for trademark portfolios and copyright applications.
Enforcement Support: Assist with TTAB filings and trademark enforcement matters including oppositions and cease & desist actions.
Docket Management: Monitor attorney dockets and manage deadlines.
