Reporting to the Program Director or Senior and under the general direction of the Program Director or Senior Psychology provides developmental and psychological assessments and psychological treatment of infants children adolescents and their families referred to the Queen Alexandra Centre for Childrens Health.
Travel may be a requirement of this position. Transportation arrangements must meet the operational requirements of the Vancouver Island Health Authority in accordance with the service assignment and may require use of a personal vehicle.
Doctoral degree in clinical child psychology (or equivalent). Current licensure in a practicing category with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC as a Psychologist. One 1 to five 5 years experience in working with infants children and adolescents with developmental disorders or with emotional or behavioral disturbance. Experience in the supervised practice of clinical child psychology is preferred. Valid BC Drivers license.
