Remote Customer Care with a Commercial Equipment Corporation (German Language)
Work remotely from anywhere in Greece! Youve got to be located in Greece.
Salary is EUR 1300 per month gross with bonuses
Join a dynamic Customer Experts team in Greece and become an essential part of a unit focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As we expand were seeking a passionate and talented individual fluent in German to join our Customer Service team. You will be a key member of a dedicated group focused on creating outstanding customer experiences no matter the situation.

Some of your daily tasks:

Communicating through various channels (email chat and phone) to address product or service concerns.

Advising customers on the proper use of their electric appliances.

Handling customer inquiries efficiently understanding their needs and resolving issues.

Following up on corrections and adjustments to ensure complete resolution.

Assisting with processing refunds or exchanges.

Managing the placement of orders.
Well love it if you have:

High fluency in German.
-
Good communication skills in English.

Experience in customer support or troubleshooting is a plus.

Familiarity with the brand is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening.

Experience in the household appliance/commercial equipment industry is beneficial.

Comfort with basic technology tools.
