Your Role

As a Content Moderator you will:

• Take an active role in seeking initiatives to enhance services and improve the overall user experience.

• Review audit and moderate content for both end customers and copyright.

• Actively monitor user behaviors and ensure adherence to Social Media guidelines.

• Analyze reports based on protocols and procedures maintaining highquality standards.

• Serve as a key moderator between Social Media users ensuring contextsensitive decisions align with company guidelines.

• Make independent decisions on sensitive or businesscritical issues.

What Were Looking For

• Are fluent in both German (C1 and English (B2.

• Have at least 6 months of relevant experience in a similar field.

• Possess strong customer service skills.

• Can tolerate repetitive tasks in a fastpaced highproduction environment.

• Are a team player as well as able to work independently.

• Can multitask think critically and communicate effectively.

• Are a quick learner and diligent worker.
