Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
Assist customers with inbound inquiries ensuring relevant case information is documented
Provide exceptional customer satisfaction through assistance with presales general inquiries and technical support using multiple channels
Handle customer escalations as needed collaborating with other team members to resolve issues
Work closely with other technicians to efficiently close help tickets
Qualifications for Success

Have proficiency in both French (written and spoken) and English (B2
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of simplifying technical concepts for nontechnical users
Demonstrate patience and problemsolving skills
