About the Role:
As a Content Moderator youll be responsible for monitoring and evaluating usergenerated content to ensure it aligns with platform rules and community standards. Your attention to detail communication skills and consistent decisionmaking will contribute to building a trustworthy and engaging online experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review various types of content (text images videos etc. to ensure compliance with platform policies
- Apply moderation rules fairly and consistently across all user submissions
- Respond to user appeals with professionalism and provide transparent explanations for moderation decisions
- Stay informed about policy updates and relevant industry standards
- Identify trends and potential risks and share insights to improve moderation practices
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and strengthen overall moderation efforts
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- Relevant Experience is preferable
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
