Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of AP AR GL and cash management.
- Utilize Avid Exchange for automated audit inspection and correction processes.
- Reconcile leases to recapture rent for commercial and residential properties.
- Prepare and review financial statements bank reconciliations and other financial reports.
Qualifications
- CPA preferred with a background in public accounting.
- Experience in real estate accounting is a plus.
Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
