Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customeroriented GermanSpeaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Sofia Bulgaria. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our Germanspeaking customers providing outstanding support and assistance across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Germanspeaking customers with inquiries issues and requests via phone email and live chat.
- Provide clear accurate and timely information to customers about products services and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude ensuring satisfaction and a high level of service.
- Process orders returns and exchanges while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer queries.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products services and promotions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (native or nearnative level) and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfirst mindset.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work the scheduled shifts including weekends and evenings.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic IT skills.
- Eligibility to work in Bulgaria.

- Working hours: Monday to Sunday with rotative shifts. There are 3 shifts that the candidates can choose: 10:00am7:00pm late shifts 12:00 9:00pm or night only from 5:00 pm2:00 am and parttimers as well.
Relocation Package:
- Reimbursement of travel expenses at the amount of up to 490 BGN after 6 months from your start date in the company in case there is no prenotice (travel documents need to be presented eticket and invoice)
- Advance in salary of 1056 BGN net only upon request of the employee (will be transferred to bank account in 5 working days
- Should the contract is terminated within the first 6 months of employment any outstanding net amount from advance salary payments will be due back and deducted from the last salary/salaries before leaving the company and no payment of the travel expenses will be processed.
- The company books the hotel stay from the date the employee confirms his/her arrival date. If the employee does not stay in the hotel from this date and does not inform the hotel by 12 noon on that date that he/she will not be staying then the employee needs to pay for that night.
