Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Excellence Specialist to support two key manufacturing sites in the southeast of Ireland. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives across a fastpaced and innovationdriven environment. The successful candidate will work closely with local stakeholders and a central excellence team to embed bestinclass operational practices.
This position would suit a proactive selfdriven professional with handson experience in lean methodologies and a passion for driving sustainable business improvement within a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the deployment of operational excellence initiatives across the Wexford and Belview sites

Champion and grow Lean maturity embedding KPIs daily management systems and CI frameworks

Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) processes and support the elimination of waste across operations

Coach and mentor employees at all levels on Lean principles and tools

Identify and implement process improvement projects in alignment with strategic business goals

Partner with crossfunctional teams to drive alignment and continuous improvement culture

Act as a change agent working across departments to promote process efficiency and cost reduction

Support training communication and knowledge sharing initiatives to foster businesswide engagement in CI
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Thirdlevel qualification in Lean Six Sigma Engineering or a related discipline

Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (highly desirable)

Demonstrated experience applying lean tools in a manufacturing or FMCG environment

Knowledge of the Shingo Model and change management/project management experience is advantageous

Strong analytical and facilitation skills with a proven ability to deliver results to tight deadlines

Confident communicator and effective collaborator across all organisational levels

Selfstarter with a positive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
