Job Title: Technical Lead / Solution Architect
Location: Bangalore (Electronic City) Hybrid 2 Days Work from Office)
Shift: Day Shift

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Technical Lead / Solution Architect with a background in either .NET or Mobile App development who can work collaboratively across multiple technology stacks. This role demands strong leadership in solution design technical decisionmaking and team collaboration with the ability to interface effectively with Product Owners Business Stakeholders and Engineering Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions and enhancements.
- Work closely with crossfunctional technical teams across different tech stacks.
- Take ownership of technical decisions solution development and review solutions proposed by the team.
- Review and validate estimates ensure code quality and oversee deployment processes.
- Represent the Engineering team in discussions with business stakeholders POs and leadership.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical deliverables.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 8 to 12 years of total IT experience with a strong background in either .NET or Mobile Application development.
- Proven experience in leading solution design and architecture reviews.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across diverse technology teams and drive delivery.
Technology Stack:
- Frontend: Angular React Flutter
- Backend: .NET 4.6 .NET Core C# Python
- Database: MS SQL PostgreSQL
- Cloud: Azure (Function Apps)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or understanding of the Automotive domain is a plus.
Start: Immediate
