Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create marketleading user experiences by conducting user research defining target audience personas and leveraging insights to guide product design.
- Use customer and user feedback along with competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new feature development and product enhancements.
- Generate ideas to address gaps in the product and work with the team to improve overall product capabilities.
- Communicate ideas strategies and tradeoffs clearly to both top management and development teams ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
- Create wireframes and interaction designs for product features using tools like Figma Photoshop or similar software.
- Lead ideation of new product features and write detailed specifications for the development and QA teams.
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements understand their needs and ensure these are aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate on product marketing and branding initiatives to ensure consistency in messaging and visual appeal.
- Develop low and highfidelity mockups using tools such as Balsamiq and Figma to present new features and enhancements.
- Work with engineers product managers and designers to create simple intuitive and effective interfaces.
- Translate business requirements technical needs and user expectations into visually engaging userfriendly designs.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc in Computer Science Software Engineering or MBAIT from a recognized institution.
- 5 years of product management experience with a focus on SaaS product ideation design and implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on data and insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to write clear product specifications define goals and devise strategies to meet business objectives.
- A high level of openness and adaptability with the ability to rapidly learn new concepts and translate them into practical solutions.
- Software Requirement Gathering and Elicitation
- Experience using software such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop Illustrator XD) Figma Balsamiq and Sketch for creating low and highfidelity mockups.
- Understanding of Enterprise Products SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and SRLC (Software Release Life Cycle).
- Experience in presenting conducting meetings and negotiating with customers and stakeholders.
