Role: Customer Service Representative for a global client
Environment: Dynamic and international
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
Provide support with product information troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Ensure a toptier customer experience through excellent service.
Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when needed.
Requirements:
Language skills: Italian (C1/C2 & English (C1.
Soft skills: Strong problemsolving and communication abilities.
Residence: Must already reside in Malta.
Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
