Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review user content to ensure compliance with community standards.
- Handle and resolve reports regarding inappropriate or noncompliant content.
- Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when necessary.
- Stay informed about updates to moderation policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with your team to enhance moderation strategies.
What We Offer:
- Fulltime schedule: 8 hours per day 40 hours per week.
- Work shifts: Rotational covering Monday to Sunday.
- Onsite work: Initial 6 weeks of training in the office followed by a hybrid setup with 2 office days per month.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Dutch (C1 level or higher) and a good command of English.
- Familiarity with online platforms and content standards.
- Strong attention to detail and quick decisionmaking skills.
- Openness to working flexible rotational shifts.
