Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review user content to ensure compliance with community standards.
  • Handle and resolve reports regarding inappropriate or noncompliant content.
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Stay informed about updates to moderation policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with your team to enhance moderation strategies.

What We Offer:

  • Fulltime schedule: 8 hours per day 40 hours per week.
  • Work shifts: Rotational covering Monday to Sunday.
  • Onsite work: Initial 6 weeks of training in the office followed by a hybrid setup with 2 office days per month.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Dutch (C1 level or higher) and a good command of English.
  • Familiarity with online platforms and content standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and quick decisionmaking skills.
  • Openness to working flexible rotational shifts.
