Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR Organizational Psychology Business or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 8 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development Culture or HR leadership roles.
- Proven experience in a highgrowth SaaS or technologydriven organization is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling highperformance teams and culture transformation programs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement OD strategies and programs to support the companys growth and transformation.
- Lead change management initiatives that drive engagement and align with strategic goals.
- Evaluate organizational structures and recommend improvements for effectiveness and scalability.
- Work towards cultivating and embedding company values and desired culture across the organization.
- Design and lead employee engagement programs feedback mechanisms (e.g. surveys) and followup action plans.
- Act as a culture ambassador and advisor to senior leadership on key cultural matters.
- Develop leadership development programs for emerging leaders managers and senior executives.
- Facilitate learning experiences that promote growth mindsets collaboration and innovation.
- Introduce coaching mentoring and succession planning frameworks.
- Drive initiatives that foster highperforming teams and enable crossfunctional collaboration.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Build OD tools and frameworks (e.g. competency models team diagnostics) to elevate team performance.
