Are you a motivated and resultsdriven sales professional with a passion for technology security and telematics solutions Do you thrive in a fastpaced environment where your ability to connect with customers directly impacts business growth We are seeking a highenergy Inside Sales Representative to drive adoption of our fleet telematics and GPS tracking solutions.
As an Inside Sales Representative you will play a key role in identifying and converting leads building strong client relationships and closing deals with fleet operators logistics companies and enterprise clients. You will be the first point of contact for businesses looking to enhance fleet security improve operational efficiency and gain realtime visibility into their assets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Engage and qualify inbound leads from businesses interested in fleet tracking and security solutions understanding their needs and pain points.
Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities within industries such as logistics transportation rental fleets and security services.
Deliver compelling product presentations and virtual demos that showcase the value of GPS tracking IoT telematics and security solutions.
Develop a consultative sales approach helping customers understand how our solutions address their specific fleet management and security challenges.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with Customer Success Marketing and Product teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Track and manage leads in the CRM system (Salesforce HubSpot or similar) ensuring accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting.
Meet and exceed sales targets with opportunities for performancebased incentives and career growth.
Qualifications:
35 years of experience in inside sales with fleet experience or within GPS tracking IoT security or logistics industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fastpaced sales environment.
Excellent communication skills ability to build rapport quickly understand customer pain points and present solutions effectively.
A consultative sales approach with a strong ability to identify customer needs and position valuedriven solutions.
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot or equivalent) and strong pipeline management skills.
Selfmotivated resilient and competitive mindset you enjoy closing deals and making an impact.
Technical aptitude or willingness to learn telematics and fleet security solutions with the ability to discuss features and benefits confidently.
Ability to thrive in a hybrid/remote work environment managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Contract length: 3 months (with possibility to be extended into a yearly contract)
