Job Type: Fulltime Onsite
Salary: $19 to $26 per hour
Job Description Are you passionate about events and looking to start your career in a dynamic and fastpaced environment We are seeking an Entry Level Event Specialist who is eager to learn and contribute to our team. This role is perfect for individuals who have a creative mindset and enjoy planning organizing and executing events that leave a lasting impression.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and of various events
- Coordinate with vendors venues and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Help manage event budgets and track expenditures
- Support marketing efforts through social media email campaigns and promotional materials
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events ensuring all elements are in place
- Attend events to assist with onsite operations and guest services
Qualities Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business Marketing or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design software
