The Role
Tired of the same routine every day Looking to make a meaningful impact
Join our new team and help shape the management of our commercial garage and leasehold tenants. Youll be responsible for identifying and recovering sundry debts such as rechargeable works and former tenant debts.
As a Commercial and NonRental Debt Officer youll play a crucial role in developing new ways to maintain customer satisfaction leading to higher retention rates and identifying streams for the business.
By working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across Trivallis and our communities youll help raise the profile of our commercial garage and leaseholder tenants. Youll take ownership of issues ensure involvement from key stakeholders and create new processes to resolve problems.
About You
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual with strong communication numeracy and literacy skills. You should be innovative in your approach to problemsolving and unafraid of failure.
You must be a team player capable of working closely within a small team providing and receiving feedback and being open to new ideas.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow and monitor processes effectively are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word PowerPoint Outlook and Excel is important. You should be comfortable handling various operational inquiries efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
A flexible and proactive approach to work is crucial along with a professional polite and friendly telephone manner. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and can balance competing priorities with ease wed love to hear from you.
