GreenHills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician to join our team! This role is responsible to provide maintenance and repairs of a broad scope to the communitys buildings and equipment.
YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL
- Perform basic repairs involving carpentry painting plumbing HVAC and electrical work.
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
- Attend safety trainings and drills.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Can follow written and oral instructions.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Have a valid drivers license.
- Can pass a preemployment drug screen and criminal background check.
