THE ROLE: We are seeking a dependable and experienced Senior Production Worker to join our day shift team. This role requires handson production experience leadership capability and a strong commitment to safety quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative on the production floor.
Day shift 5am3:30 (MF 10 hrs. shifts)
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Forklift Certification Must be certified and experienced in operating a forklift safely.
Machinery Operation Skilled in operating various types of production and warehouse equipment.
Technical Skills Proficient in data entry basic math and using computers for production tracking.
Physical Requirements Must be physically fit and able to lift items up to 50 pounds as needed.
Team Leadership Capable of guiding team members supporting productivity and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Attention to Detail Strong problemsolving abilities and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.
Time Management Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Communication Clear verbal and written communication skills essential for coordination across teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED certificate
2 4 years relevant experience
Certification in forklift operation
Knowledge of operating other warehouse machinery
Data entry math and computer skills
DAY IN THE LIFE:
In this role the working environment is a combination of hot and cold with exposure to elements such as: noise dust and brightly lit areas and the physical demands may include but not limited to regularly lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds standing for long periods and occasionally stooping kneeling crouching or crawling.
