As a PartTime Fulfillment Center Associate youll be assigned diverse responsibilities including but not limited to picking packing quality control processing items binning and dock work. Your role involves collaborating with a dynamic team to accomplish network goals while independently meeting specific targets in areas such as scanning and organizing inventory facilitating exchanges racking clothing boxing jewelry and contributing to special projects within our warehouse environment. This position offers a balance of individual accountability and teamwork providing you with a comprehensive experience in warehouse operations.

Competitive Pay: Starting at $16.50 per hour with $0.50 increases every 6 months for the first two years and an additional increase to $19.25 after three years of service.

Flexible Schedules: Choose from two variable schedules

• Morning Shift: 6:00 am 10:00 am (may occasionally be extended to 6:00 am 11:00 am with notice).
• Afternoon Shift: 11:30 am 3:30 pm (may occasionally be extended to 10:30 am 4:00 pm with notice).

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

• This is a physically demanding role youll be on your feet your entire shift walking bending and lifting up to 50 pounds which keeps your body in constant motion. You must be energized by being in action!

• You are able to have hand movement your entire shift.

• To ensure efficient and safe operations are maintained we require that all employees are able to read speak and understand English.

• You are at least 18 years old.

• You are safety conscious and able to perform your role in a safe manner

• You are incredibly reliable & responsible. You have excellent attendance and consistently meet goals and metrics.

• You display a cando attitude and can be flexible with your role based on business needs knowing that the Client is always top of mind.
