Job Description
Candidate must have manufacturing experience with machine operation or lamination experience. Candidate must be comfortable working in production as part of a team with specific production goals. The person selected will be working directly with other members within the lamination department along with the safety and quality departments.
Duties/responsibilities:
Receive production orders and job assignments from supervisor.
Verify the materials supplied for production are correct to produce job.
Complete job maintaining optimum production rate while maintaining all quality standards according to customer specifications or company guidelines monitoring for defects.
Maintain continuous inspection of job specifications and collecting production run samples as required.
Follow all safety and operational procedures.
Ensure proper cleanliness of machine and immediate work area.
Assist in machine repairs.
Complete weekly machine maintenance.
Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand for long periods of time
Ability to read and understand work orders. Ability to read a ruler.
Work well in a team environment
Work overtime as need
Ability to work within department standards with a strong attention to details.

Compensation:
The pay range listed is the base pay range that Satellite Shelters inc/Satellite Industries Inc. reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors including but not limited to a candidates qualifications skills competencies experience location and end client requirements).
