Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic individual to join our team as Candidate Connect.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the endtoend candidate experience from initial contact to final outcome.
Monitor and respond to candidate feedback across platforms such as Google My Business (GMB) Glassdoor social media and internal channels.
Engage in realtime chats with candidates to understand their journey gather feedback and resolve concerns empathetically.
Identify gaps or red flags in the recruitment process and escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Collaborate with HR recruitment and operations teams to ensure consistent and highquality engagement with every candidate.
Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to generate content draft communications and analyze feedback trends to drive process improvements.
Requirements
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills.
Graduate in BBA or an equivalent discipline (freshers encouraged to apply).
Comfortable using AIbased platforms for content generation and feedback analysis.
