Within Digital Operations Consulting youll be able to learn and build on a variety of business skills thatll serve you throughout your career. Our team is composed of subject matter experts across a variety of industries including: Retail Consumer Packaged Goods Food/Beverage Telecommunications and Transportation & Logistics. We specialize in endtoend Connected Supply Chain solutions with deep expertise in Distribution Center Design & Automation and Logistics.

Meaningful work youll be part of

As a Digital Operations Senior Associate youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to . Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead and drive work for endtoend DC Assessment and Fulfillment Optimization projects
• Lead and drive work for endtoend Distribution Center (DC) transformation engagements focused on evaluating current state identifying improvement opportunities including automation preparation of transformation business cases overseeing design of future state including AutoCAD/Revit layouts and implementation of the chosen solution.
• Drive the assessment and implementation of DC related software package implementations such as WMS YMS and TMS. This includes requirements gathering vendor RFI / RFP vendor demonstrations and technology selection and/or implementation.
• Ability to use client data such as sales volume SKU count growth etc. to perform analytics such as preslotting and cubing to determine future sizing of the distribution center
• Ability to work with the draft person to create future state DC layouts in AutoCAD/Revit 3D including location of mobile and fixed MHE based on preslotting information
• Assist clients in the identification of potential automation technology solutions justified by the business case which could help enable supply chain excellence (e.g. Dematic Witron Knapp SSISchaeffer etc.
• Ability to work with the client team to create required business cases to justify the proposed design to client executive steering committees
• Ability to create transition plans to assist in the overall business transformation strategy
• Endtoend fixed and mobile Material Handling Equipment (MHE) experience including conventional racking automation mobile equipment etc.
• Engage and work alongside client key stakeholders to gain input and buyin to strategy development and to influence and execute the action plans

Experiences and skills youll use to solve

• Extensive experience in DC Design & Automation advisory & implementation while in a consulting role
• Adept experience in the implementation of software packages such as WMS YMS and TMS
• Indepth understanding of supply chain processes and associated value drivers and frameworks
• Indepth experience of analytical tools such as Alteryx and/or SAS
• Design and interpretation experience using CAD tools such as AutoCAD/Revit 3D etc.
• Engineering degree in a related discipline such as industrial engineering is a plus.
• Knowledge in business process improvement techniques including Lean will be considered an asset.
• Exceptional people project and change management skills
• Working knowledge of project management tools such as MSProject
• Strong understanding of related disciplines including supply chain strategy demand/supply planning order management procurement/sourcing and manufacturing would be an asset
• Storytelling and storyboarding skills to drive client deliverables
• Working knowledge of microsoft tools such as MS Excel MS Powerpoint PowerBI
• Strong understanding of related disciplines including supply chain strategy demand/supply planning order management procurement/sourcing and manufacturing would be an asset
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills to summarize findings and derive insights in a succinct and comprehensive manner.
• Strong communication skills written and verbal with usage of Google and MS tools
• Storytelling and storyboarding skills to drive deliverable development.
• Ability to work within a fastpaced collaborative and teambased project environment. Comfort working iteratively and in situations without detailed instruction.
• An understanding and willingness to learn about Retail Consumer Packaged Goods Telecommunications Food / Beverage and Transportation and Logistics industries.
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives.
• An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.
