As a Vitality Living Laundry Attendant you will impact lives by:
- Collect and sort soiled laundry linens and garments and place them in appropriate containers or assigned areas to ensure return to their rightful owner.
- Separate items that require special stain removal/treatment and apply appropriate treatment to restore items to usable condition.
- Wash items following care instruction labels and established procedures.
- Fold count stack hang and distribute clean laundry linens garments etc. by established procedures.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area in all laundry areas as well as throughout the community.
- Monitor laundry supplies and report inventory levels to the supervisor as needed.
- Monitor the efficiency of laundry equipment and machines and report any irregularities and malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist in cleaning floors including sweeping dusting and damp/wet mopping.
- Assist with keeping walls and ceilings clean by washing wiping dusting spot cleaning disinfecting deodorizing etc.
- Remove dirt dust grease film etc. from equipment and other surfaces using proper cleaning and disinfecting solutions.
- Discard waste/trash in proper containers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 months of similar experience.
- Polished and professional customerfocused skills.
- Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills
