Responsibilities/Tasks of a Seniorproject manager
Project Planning & :
Lead endtoend project delivery for projects ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
Define project scope objectives and success criteria ensuring clarity among stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation strategies.
Ensure projects adhere to established methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall) and best practices.
Stakeholder & Client Management:
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and project priorities.
Engage with clients and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
Facilitate project meetings progress reviews and issue resolution discussions.
Serve as a primary point of contact for projectrelated communication keeping stakeholders informed of key milestones and risks.
Manage and nurture the relationship between Interfront and the client ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and grow the client account.
Ensure contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs) are met driving value for both parties
Proactively manage client expectations and ensure continuous engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify track and mitigate project risks proactively.
Develop contingency plans to address potential project challenges.
Drive resolution of issues that may impact project timelines scope or quality.
Ensure effective change management processes are in place to accommodate scope adjustments.
Process Improvement & Best Practices:
Continuously evaluate project management processes to identify areas for improvement.
Implement best practices to optimize efficiency and enhance project delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the client and project management methodologies.
Quality Assurance & Testing Oversight:
Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure rigorous testing and validation of deliverables.
Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure all feedback is addressed before final project delivery.
Monitor compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project contracts status reports and lessons learned.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress key risks and strategic recommendations.
Ensure transparency and effective communication across all project phases.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree diploma or matric with a relevant certification in Project Management Business Management Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a software development environment.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall).
Experience with project management and ticketing tools (e.g. Jira Trello Asana)
Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
Experience in client relationship management account management or similar roles.
Exceptional communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring highquality outcomes.
