You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe successful candidate will support the business by managing various financial and administration tasks and ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing purchase invoices
Matching invoices to purchase orders and dealing with discrepancies and queries
Supplier statement reconciliations
Assist with managing sales ledger and retentions ledger
Assist with payroll administration
Company credit card reconciliations and posting journals
Ensure monthly mileage records are kept up to date
Assist with general administration tasks as needed
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in accounts or finance roles
Working knowledge of Excel and Sage 50
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive cando attitude and a willingness to support the wider team
Pay is 26000..00 per year pro rata.
Job Type: Parttime
Expected hours: 16 24 per week (initially)
Flexible work schedule available with days and start and finish times to suit individual.
Based at Peterlee Office.
