Job Description

- Champion Ledcors safety culture and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards
- Lead the development and implementation of Project Safety and Security Plans (PSSP)
- Oversee incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Delegate project control processes and oversee construction costs and budgets
- Lead the development of comprehensive project estimates
- Assist in the the risk management process including risk identification assessment and mitigation
- Lead the selection procurement and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial performance
- Collaborate with project teams to achieve project objectives on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- Three to seven years of experience in project management preferably in the Telecommunications industry
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Finance or a related field is preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents drawings specifications and current construction practices and methodology
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in motivating coaching and mentoring team members
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders including clients contractors and internal team members
- Ability to develop innovative solutions to challenges
Working Conditions:
- This position will require travel throughout the state of Arizona
- When not traveling this position does have the ability to work from home or a Ledcor office
- Company vehicle will be provided for all required travel
