Job Description

Job Purpose

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Supporting Actions

  1. Planning
  • Giving inputs for short term and longterm people policies in line with business goals and vision with focus on manpowerplan all cadres of employees.
  • Monitoring manpower requirement including vacancies and planning the recruitment schedule to fulfil manpower requirements in a time bound manner
  • Implementing periodic data collection and analysis of compensation structure with respect to market trends
  1. Operational Excellence
  • Coordinating the recruitment process including shortlisting interview and selection in collaboration with respective outsourced agencies and departmental managers to ensure manpower requirements are filled up in time with quality resources
  • Implementing Compensation philosophy during the staffing process through effective salary negotiations to ensure the salary ranges are maintained
  • Coordinating the screening process for internal resources to fulfil the succession plan

  1. Budgetary Controls
  • Optimizing staffing cost by exploring alternative routes
  • Tracking and optimizing expenditure with respect to OPEX and CAPEX budgets
  1. Compliance
  • Implementing adherence to systems and processes pertaining to all TA policies and processes
  • Complying with statutory norms and regulatory requirement with respect to employment
  • Implementing compliance with IMS principles
  1. Young Talent management
  • Devise YT strategy for the business
  • DET campus hiring plan and
  • Young Talent engagement plan
  • Career planning for young talent
  1. Capability building
  • Conducting regular session for TA fraternity for process understanding
  • Partnership with BCOE team for training/capability building
  • Scan external market for emerging trends in TA and sharing with team for incorporating best practices
  1. Compliances/Governance
  • Policy roll out and audit around TA process
  • Tracking the governance mechanism around TA policies/Guideline
  • Publishing compliance report on regular basis
  1. TA analytics/Dashboard
  • 100 usage of TA dashboard for leadership communication
  • Accuracy of data in dashboard
  • TA analytics using dashboard
  • Action plan based on analytics finding
