  • Optimize Performance:Ensure all operational functions at the site are running smoothly and efficiently.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in a technical field required or equivalent experience. MBA desired.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of management experience in a complex manufacturing environment preferably in Electronics equipment Industry

  • Site manufacturing operations/business experience is preferred.

  • Experience in implementing continuous improvement and Lean methodologies

  • Strong Leadership skills in mentoring and developing strong teams

Knowledge Skills Abilities

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate broad concepts to all levels of a technical and nontechnical organization

  • Strong analytical capability and business insight with consistent record of success in highly matrixed management environment

  • Demonstrate Thermo Fisher Scientific values Integrity Intensity Innovation and Involvement

  • Demonstrated history of driving crossfunctional and diverse teams to succeed. Drive with a sense of urgency.

  • Strong commercial competence

  • Proven experience and leadership with successfully carrying out the following tasks

  • Good understanding of global organizations

  • Consistent track record driving continuous improvement culture.

  • Relevant experience in commercial or operations functions with direct industry experience preferred.

  • Strong financial and operations knowledge.

  • Ability to develop successful growth strategies and lead all aspects of .

  • ISO 9001 Quality Management System

  • Lean Enterprise knowledge.

  • Estimate 10 travel
