Job Description
Role
As a Project Manager you play a key role in the of automation projects for container terminals worldwide. You will be responsible for the entire project management cycle and team coordination.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced engineer with a strong technical background in electromechanics practical project management experience and a handson mentality. Traveling to international project locations is not an issue for you.
You will report directly to the Project Operations Manager.
Your role:
Full project management: You coordinate and manage projects from A to Z including budgeting scheduling scope and according to contractual quality requirements and HSE standards.
Technical documentation: You define design and calculate highquality technical project documentation (mechanical electrical IT hardware production Health & Safety and other deliverables).
Team coordination: You lead your project team (project engineers technicians software developers and other team members) and collaborate with local subcontractors.
Customer interaction & collaboration: You travel to customers and work closely with their project management team. You organize and lead meetings with clients.
Product knowledge: You build and maintain a deep understanding of Camco products and automation processes.
Profile
Education: Masters degree in Electromechanical Engineering (Technology) Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management within an industrial environment.
Technical expertise: Strong background in electromechanics and experience with industrial applications. Experience in terminal automation is a plus.
Software knowledge: Experience with Autodesk Inventor/AutoCAD EPLAN or similar tools is an advantage.
Travel willingness: Willing to travel worldwide 1020.
