TOSCA Test Automation Lead

Ford has embarked on a journey to transform legacy Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system to SAP S/4 HANA for 60 global sites. We are seeking an experienced SAP Test lead with good experience in SAP MM/PP module to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our SAP applications. As the SAP Test automation Lead you will be responsible for delivering test automation targets and ensure from the Rel 2 testing 90 of the test cases are executed through automation. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including developers business analysts and project managers to define testing goals establish protocols and execute tests in alignment with business objectives. Your expertise in SAP environments and testing methodologies will be essential in identifying potential risks implementing corrective actions and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally you will lead and mentor a team of testers fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation in testing practices. Your ability to communicate clearly and manage stakeholder expectations will be critical to the success of our projects and overall operational excellence.

• Work as test automation lead for implementation of SAP S/4 HANA MM/PP module.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders IT functional teams and system integrator to gather and analyze requirements for testing.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans andby going through the functional specifications technical specifications and BPD.
• Lead and manage the testing team to ensure effective automation of test cases and ensure we hit test automation target for 2025.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the deployment of SAP solutions.
• Report and communicate testing progress results and issues to project stakeholders.
• Ensure the adherence of testing activities to industry standards and best practices.
• Continuously improve testing processes and tools within the organization.
• Act as the SME and offer support to test automation resources.
• Lead the design and implementation of Toscabased automation strategies ensuring comprehensive coverage across functional regression and integration testing. Develop and maintain efficient reusable test scripts using Tosca tools to validate application functionality and performance.
• Build and optimize test automation frameworks using Tosca to meet project needs ensuring efficiency stability and scalability. Continuously implement best practices and improve testing processes tools and frameworks for ongoing optimization
• Experience in Test Data Management Test Data Service and endtoend test case design and in Tosca with the ability to develop comprehensive test cases from start to finish.
• Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills to troubleshoot errors and optimize test scripts.

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in a handson technical role engaged in testing implementing and supporting SAP applications.
• 8 years of experience in Tosca Test Automation skilled in designing developing and executing automated test scripts test data management and endtoend test case creation. Expertise in optimizing automation frameworks.
• 6 years of test automation of SAP and SAP S/4 HANA applications using Tricentis TOSCA in one of the following modules SAP MM or SAP PP
• Good knowledge of SAP Material Requirements Planning (MRP) business process and test scenarios corresponding to the same.
• Good knowledge of data integration testingon interfaces coming in and going out of SAP systems.
• Knowledge on agile methodologies and exposure to agile management tools like Jira and Rally
• Prioritization skills involving competing interest. Proficiency in conflict resolution and problemsolving techniques.
• Good skills in presentation facilitation communication and negotiation.
• The candidate should be comfortable working in a global environment and collaborating with teams across different time zones.
• Nice to have experience working experience on Jmeter tool or any other performance and load testing tool.
