Glasshouse Views is a 99 Bed Residential Aged Care home located in Beerwah
The Job Food Services & Catering Attendant
You will be part of a team dedicated to our customers contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. You will be making a difference in peoples lives building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.
- Assisting in the preparation delivery presentation and serving of resident meals.
- Cleaning the food preparation and consumption areas cooking equipment and utensils.
- Cater for special occasions such as birthdays cultural and religious occasions meetings and events.
- Assist in maintaining the dining and adjacent rooms in a clean and hazard free condition.
You bring:
- Min 6months experience in a similar role Aged Care experience will be highly regarded.
- A real commitment to working safely.
- High Level of English skills written and verbal.
- Teamwork is essential you must be professional collaborative and friendly.
- Clean and tidy personal presentation
- A commitment to providing a high level of customer service at every shift
To be successful you will have:
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport Birth Certificate etc)
- Complete a police check
- NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- 2025 Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of Covid19 vaccination (minimum of 1 dose)
