Job Title: Customer Service Engineer

Description

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to join the team and help define and implement customer support processes and solutions for a new and growing business initiative in the storage space. This role plays a key part in supporting and scaling a softwarebased storage solution as it enters commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and establish customer support processes for a software storage solution launching this year.

  • Assist in evaluating and selecting candidates for supportrelated roles.

  • Collaborate with our gotomarket partner to support software solution deployments.

  • Identify and address scalability challenges as the business grows.

  • Propose and implement process improvements and deployment validation procedures.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the storage software in production environments.

Requirements

Required Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting software and storagerelated products

  • Background in overseeing crossfunctional teams within the software development lifecycle

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with productionlevel software systems
